Very amiable and affable staff provides a good service. The setting is convenient and great, it's close to Manhattan or other parts of Brooklyn, and sunset park which was really nice and chilled.

Brand-new hotel in a fairly quiet area of New York City. Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers, and a writing table in the room.

Overall I loved that quiet hotel. I have stayed in a double room with refrigerator, excellent shower for 2 nights. There were tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge upon arrival. The location couldn't be more convenient and great conveniently close to the 36 Street subway station. Moreover, it's near sunset park which was really nice.

It's decent base for sightseeing and exploring New York. It has pleasant and convenient location close to metro station.

The hotel is conveniently close to the 36 Street subway station, making it easy to access everything in Manhattan. The location was particularly good for walking around Industry City Business Park. Plus, it was close enough to Manhattan or other parts of Brooklyn, sunset park which was really nice and bus lines.
